Call Gabe. He will help you figure out how much weight you'll need to prepay for and what the timing looks like for getting a bin to you.

Text your e-mail address to the same number. We will send you an invoice. You can pay with a credit card or your banking information. Checks also accepted but there will be a delay in waiting to make sure they clear the bank.

Once your invoice is paid, we will put you on the schedule for delivery and let you know when to expect your bin.

You can keep the bin up to two weeks. Let us know when you're ready for a pickup. If you need another bin, let us know and we'll invoice you for an additional bin. Once it is paid, we will swap out the bin for an empty one.

If your weight is at or under the amount paid for, you'll receive no other invoices from us. If your weight is above what you paid for, you'll receive an additional weight invoice that will need to be paid promptly.

Additional charges that may be incurred:
$50 - $150 charge to relocate the bin on the property during your two weeks. Price varies based on your location.
Each additional day after 14 days is $10 a day.
Each additional ton over the weight paid for is $50.
Overfilled fee $50 (do not fill above the top of the bin.)
Excessively dirty bin (spilled food, loose household trash, diapers, etc.) will incur a cleaning fee based on the time it takes to clean it out.
Additional charges will be incurred for mattresses, furniture, tires, electronics, and appliances.

GT Trash Removal – Dumpster Use and Damage Policy
This policy applies to all GT Trash Removal roll-off dumpster rentals and outlines customer responsibilities during the rental period.
1. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the care and condition of dumpsters while in their possession. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear — including dents, bent or broken doors, or structural impact damage — is the responsibility of the customer or their insurance provider.
2. Proper Use
Dumpsters must not be pushed, lifted, or moved using heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, or skid steers. Only GT Trash Removal personnel are authorized to relocate bins.
3. Repair and Restoration
If a dumpster is damaged, GT Trash Removal will assess the condition and determine the necessary repairs. Costs associated with welding, metal replacement, or repainting will be billed to the responsible party.
4. Loss of Use
When a damaged dumpster must be removed from service for repairs, GT Trash Removal may apply a loss-of-use charge based on the average rental income for the period the unit is unavailable.
5. Payment and Insurance
All charges related to damage, repair, or loss of use are due upon invoicing. Customers may submit these charges to their insurance company for reimbursement.
